No Refunds Policy
All sales are final. There are absolutely NO REFUNDS for LoveElite services, verification fees or other products.

Shipping Policy
LoveElite ships products only to verified addresses with signature release required. If an item is returned to us, the seller shall pay for any shipping charges to resend the item before the item will be released for shipping. Your order will be processed within 24 to 48 hours and will ship within 72 hours excluding weekends and holidays.

If you are purchasing a service, paying for your verification fee or other digital product, nothing will be shipped to you. Instead, you will receive information via web site and/or email with instructions to download or login for your purchases. In most cases, immediate access is given. However some orders may require verification. Please allow 1 business day from the time of your order for verification purposes.

Part of what makes a good community is the ability to see different points of view. Agreeing to disagree is good Netiquette. Those who foster goodwill, will get more participation from others.
